On September 8, the opening of the VIII International Scientific Conference "Problems of the Integrated Development of Georesources" took place.
 

Igor Yuryevich Rasskazov, Chairman of the Conference Organizing Committee, Corresponding Member of the Conference, addressed the conference participants with welcoming words. RAS, Scientific Director of the Institute of Mining of the Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Territory - Head of the Office of the Governor and the Government of the Territory Nikitin Alexander Alexandrovich, member of the Presidium of the Far Eastern Branch of the RAS Corresponding Member RAS Voronov Boris Aleksandrovich, Chairman of the Council of Rectors of Universities of the Khabarovsk Territory, Rector of PNU Ivanchenko Sergey Nikolaevich, Consul General of the People's Republic of China in Khabarovsk Cui Guotse.

The conference was attended by representatives of executive authorities, mining enterprises, representatives of the scientific community in the field of subsoil use.
